The number one muse is myself. There is a critical dependency on the display of my face or body for many works. This decision has unknowingly become a marker of my growth throughout the years both physically and technically as an artist. It also has created space for reflection on the consistency or lack thereof of values and certain themes throughout my artistic practice.
